Miserere Lab - Igreja da Misericórdia
Miserere Lab project comprises the opening of the compartments attached to the Misericordia church to the community, for training activities in the area of gastronomy.
The kitchen will be equipped to make a diversity of workshops – cooking, tasting, sense experiences – following municipal implemented programs with the aim to enhance the local and regional cuisine, and with the UCCN to provoke best practices exchanges among different types of national and international cuisine, favouring interculturality and mutual understanding.
